THE WREN 

3-DOVE LAYOUT:
The dove is located on the bottom floor of the house, under the cardinal apartment.It has 3 queen bed bedrooms and 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Two out of three bedrooms have no windows. There is 1 bathroom with access to laundry machines. Outside there is a picnic table, propane grill and firepit area. Dove sleeps 8

2-CARDINAL LAYOUT:
The cardinal is located on the top floor of the house.It has 3 queen bed bedrooms and 1 sectional sofa and ottoman making a queen bed sized sleeping area. There is 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen with a counter/bar area. Outside there is a private deck with a dining set and propane grill. Cardinal sleeps 8

1-WREN LAYOUT:
The wren is located to the far left of the house.
It has 1 queen bed, 1 king futon bed on the loft (must climb stairs to loft) and 1 sectional sofa and ottoman making a queen bed sized sleeping area. There is 1 bath and 1 kitchen. Out front of the apartment is an outdoor dining set with a propane grill and a fire pit area to the side. Wren sleeps 6.
